The Fiat 500 Classic has been voted multiple times ' Cutest car ever ' and we cannot deny that, however like many other classic cars, they can also be a pain in the ass because of being rust sensitive, Italian reliable and some other reasons...

Luckily all parts are still available on the marked, and most of them don't hurt your wallet that much, so don't worry, there will be some money left for the wife's new handbag. Maintenance can be done with a simple can-opener.

Driving the 500 around church in your hometown can already be challenging for some, 50.000km around Europe is straight madness who let many run to the nearest hospital to get an infusion or two... Anyway, we both are not against and afraid of an infusion or two so we take the risk.

We are aware of the fact that the car will probably brake down multiple times, we see that as a part of the adventure and try to approach every incident in a positive way without smashing in the windows out of frustration. Being Zen is the key here!

Our Fiat 500 is far from perfect, we bought it without a governmental yearly check,( very smart idea ) matter of fact, the car has been a showpiece in a shop for the last 14 years and has done less than 150km since. Soon her being pretty - life will come to an end and she will be kicked on the tail for the next 50.000km ( ssst, she still doesn't know what is about to happen, we didn't tell her yet ,-)
